FAQ's

Answered by our furry family members

1. When should I arrive?

Asked by humans, answered by Pancho (Eleanor & Max’s Chihuahua, allegedly!)

“Woof! Please arrive from 12:00pm for drinks. But humans, make sure you’re all there by 1:00pm so the big ceremony can start right at 1:30pm. No dawdling, or I might bark at you!”

2. Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answered by Rosie, Max’s Mum & Dad’s Westie

“Paw-sitively easy! Both the ceremony and party are at Brympton House, Brympton Ave, Brympton d'Evercy, Odcombe, Yeovil, BA22 8TD. You can arrive from 12 for some drinks. I’ll be there wagging my tail to greet you!”

3. Are children invited?

Answered by El Chapo, Eleanor’s Dad’s Chihuahua

“We love the little ones, but there’s not enough space for all of them to sniff around safely. Sadly, only babies in arms or kiddos listed on invites can come. Please check your invite, or I’ll have to hide your socks in protest!”

4. Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answered by Dora (Pancho’s sister)

“Woof! Most of the fun is on one level. The main meal is up quite a few shallow stairs with landings - humans with mobility needs should ask the humans to make sure they can enjoy everything comfortably. I promise to be a helpful paw!”

5. When do we need to RSVP by?

Answered by Buddy, Eleanor's mum’s Labrador

“Woof woof! Mark your calendars: RSVP by 1st May 2026. I’ll be there giving you my best puppy eyes until you do!”

6. What is the dress code?

Answered by Poppy, Holly and Nat's Jack Russell

“Dress fancy, humans! Cocktail dresses, suits, maybe block heels if you want to walk on gravel without tripping. But please keep away from blue dresses if you can - bridesmaids have dibs on that colour. Trust me, I know style (and smell)!”

7. What should we do if we have dietary requirements?

Answered by Ava (Eleanor’s much-loved and very missed Jackahuahua)

“Woof… don’t forget to tell the humans what you can or can’t eat when you RSVP. Vegetarian? Vegan? Pescatarian? Let them know so everyone gets a yummy plate. Trust me, I would have shared my treats if I could!”

8. Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answered by Lulu, Eleanor's Mum’s cat

“Purr… the ceremony is indoors, so you can behave (mostly). Drinks are outdoors—fresh air, I like that. Then the meal is back inside, no outdoor paws on the fancy tablecloths, please.”

9. Is there available parking and places to stay nearby?

Answered by Coco, Nat and Holly's Cat

“Yes! Plenty of spots to park your humans’ wagons and there are lots of places that you can snooze nearby. Check the details section, I’ve smelled the comfy beds - they’re paw-approved!”
